Hylke Klasens graduated at the Rijksuniversiteit van Groningen in International and European Law, with specialisation in European Law and Competition Law. His thesis was about Regulations of financial aid relating to constitutional law.
Furthermore he graduated at the Universiteit van Amsterdam in Information Law, specialising in Intellectual Property with a thesis about the distinctive character of trade marks.
Hylke joined Cordemeyer & Slager in November 2006 and works mainly in the area of Intellectual Property and IT Law.
