Anette Ligtenstein advises companies in concluding, drafting and negotiating
IT agreements and general conditions, and also assists and litigates for companies in
IT disputes. Much of her workload involves intellectual property matters, as well as advice and litigation in connection with
IT tenders. Anette studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam, choosing to specialize in intellectual property and art history. Her thesis dealt with the subject of copyright on visual artworks in the nineteenth century. She joined Cordemeyer & Slager / Advocaten in November 2003.
Anette is a member of the Copyright Law Association (VvA), the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR) and the Dutch Association for Procurement Law (NVvA) and publishes on subjects in her specialist area.
