Areas of law: employment law and employee representation. Together with Marion Hagenaars, Cathelijn Kote runs the employment law practice at Cordemeyer & Slager where she advises and litigates on a wide range of matters relating to employment law. Cathelijn studied for a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s in employment law at the University of Amsterdam, her specialist subjects being employment law in acquisitions and reorganizations, codetermination law and equal treatment at work. She wrote her thesis on the subject of outsourcing employment (payrolling) in the light of the transfer of an undertaking. Cathelijn joined Cordemeyer & Slager Advocaten in January 2008.
