Rhamsey Croes
Rhamsey Croes is a corporate lawyer specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He acts, amongst other things, on behalf of both strategic and private equity parties (for the selling and the purchasing parties), for start-ups and on behalf of the management. He advises clients on restructurings and a wide range of corporate law issues that companies face on a daily basis.
Rhamsey studied Netherlands Law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and specialized in corporate law. He successfully completed the post-graduate course Corporate M&A at the Law Academy of the VU University in Amsterdam in 2008. In 2012 he completed cum laude the post graduate course Corporate Law at the Grotius Academy. He has been an attorney-at-law since 2004. From 2004 till 2012 Rhamsey worked at Simmons and Simmons LLP in Amsterdam as an M&A attorney-at-law. He joined Cordemeyer & Slager / Advocaten on 1 February 2013.
Rhamsey is a member of the association for Corporate Litigation.
