Veerle Cordemeyer

Veerle Cordemeyer specializes in corporate law and commercial contracts. She advises and assists clients in respect of mergers & acquisitions (purchase and sale), joint ventures and corporate (governance) advisory work. Veerle furthermore engages in drafting and negotiating IT and technology contracts, privacy law (GDPR) and procurement law.

Veerle finished her law studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2014, where she specialized in private law, and she was admitted to the bar in 2015. After having finished her studies, Veerle started her career at Clifford Chance where she specialized in corporate law. In this position she gained experience in mergers & acquisitions (both in the purchase and the sale context), joint ventures and corporate (governance) advisory work.

Veerle Cordemeyer  has registered the following main (and sub) areas of law in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar Association: Information law (IT law) and Corporate law. On the basis of this registration, she is obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year in each registered principal legal area, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar. Veerle is a member of the IBA (international bar assosciation).
