Sara van Mourik specializes in intellectual property law, contract law and (civil) procedural law. She advises on litigation and commercial contracts,  including in the fields of IP, IT, media and advertising law, consumer law, e-commerce and internet law.

Sara studied at the University of Amsterdam and Fordham University in New York. She graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2007 with a specialization in private law and intellectual property law and started as a lawyer at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam. In 2013, she did a secondment on behalf of Clifford Chance at Amazon’s (EU) headquarters in Luxembourg. She worked at Clifford Chance Amsterdam for more than 10 years in the litigation and intellectual property practice area where she litigated and advised national and international companies in the field of intellectual property law and contract law.
